• Monitoring production environment and ensure smooth functioning.
• Should be comfortable working in 24*7 process including night shifts.
• Analyzing, identifying root cause and resolving technical problems by understanding business operations, product features and technical solution.
• Automating and scheduling production processes.
• Documentation of Processes.
• Hands-on experience with DOS, UNIX, ftp/sftp processes.
• Experience working with Global Clients.
• Good business communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and willingness to take ownership.
• Must have exposure towards collaborating with teams spread across various geographies and levels.
• Good to have knowledge of Financial Products like Equity and Fixed Income, securities, different type of risks in an investment bank, and trade
  flow.
